3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify magicph's customer support immediately via live chat or email. magicph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.
3.5 Accounts registered with false, misleading, or fictitious information are void and any winnings or balances associated with such accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.
4.1 magicph is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC" process).
4.2 KYC verification requires submission of at least one (1) valid, government-issued Philippine identification document bearing your full name, photograph, and date of birth. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

4.4 magicph will endeavor to process KYC submissions within twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until verification is complete. magicph shall not be liable for any delays in processing that result from incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the Player.
5.1 All deposits on magicph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). magicph supports the following deposit methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. There is no upper limit on deposits, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Large deposits may be subject to additional AML review.
5.3 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the magicph wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to sixty (60) minutes during standard banking hours. USDT deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.
5.4 All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited. magicph reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
5.5 magicph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their bank or e-wallet provider.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have been fully KYC-verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. magicph aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within three (3) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the magicph account. magicph reserves the right to require re-verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
6.3 Withdrawals may be delayed, withheld, or declined in the following circumstances:

7.1 magicph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and other promotional benefits to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified for the individual promotion.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit plus bonus amount, or as otherwise specified on the applicable promotion page.
7.3 During active bonus play, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets that exceed the applicable maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, at magicph's sole discretion.
7.4 magicph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where magicph reasonably suspects the Player of bonus abuse, syndicated play, or exploitation of any promotion through coordinated wagering strategies.
7.5 Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account suspension.
8.1 All games available on magicph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for compliance with applicable standards. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any Player or external party.
8.2 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect independently verified theoretical return rates over statistically significant volumes of play. Individual session outcomes will deviate from theoretical RTP and this is a normal characteristic of random number-based games.
8.3 In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the affected round or wager may be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player's wallet. magicph does not guarantee continuity of play and shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions.

10.1 magicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Upon account closure for reasons other than Player breach, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable AML review and documentation requirements.
10.3 Players wishing to close their own accounts may do so by contacting magicph's customer support at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.
11.1 The magicph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, magicph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
11.2 magicph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 magicph's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
12.1 All content on the magicph Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the compilation thereof — is the property of magicph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of magicph.
13.1 magicph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 magicph may be required to share Player data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.
14.1 magicph provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

15.2 Players with complaints or disputes are encouraged to contact magicph's customer support in the first instance. magicph will endeavor to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Any dispute not resolved through magicph's internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. Players consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by PAGCOR's process.
16.1 magicph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, magicph will endeavor to notify active Players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before changes take effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
